M-2 Gallery of our
Mini Accomplishments

Have you built a dollhouse or roombox you DREAM about living in?
Inspire the rest of us because, as you know,
"Only through sharing can we really enjoy our treasures!"

Here's my challenge to YOU right now: since this is still February, how about if we start our gallery with the heart of the home?
Please send me pictures of your favorite KITCHEN mini-creations that you'd like to share.
Here are pictures sent in so far!

I have attached a few picture of my favorite kitchen minis that I have made. The first is a cake baking set complete with completed cake with two cut slices, a bowl of cake batter with eggs, a bowl of frosting, sugar and flour canisters, broken egg shells, and measuring spoons. I also attached another favorite, an apple pie with two cut slices, you can even see the apple layers!!  The last is a basket of peaches with one cut with the pit peeking out! I had a lot of fun making these and I have been teaching them in workshops.

This icecream sundae was inspired by the sundae pictured on the Hershey Chocolate Syrup bottle.
This bushel basket is overflowing with the garden's bounty!

These 2 kitchen roomboxes were made in a Whitledge-Burgess workshop. The first 3 pictures are the work of Connie Reagan, and the fourth belongs to Ruth Clay.
This was a teffific class and has become a favorite project for both of us. If only my real kitchen was so modern and stayed so tidy! submitted by Connie Reagan

Here are a few pictures of my "old" kitchen.  It is a room box and has old and new miniatures.  The hutch and stove and several other small things were my mothers (1930's).  The doll, pots & pans and dishes were mine from the late 1950's-early 60's. The room box is one of 6 that contain three generations of miniatures:  my grandmother, my mother and me.  My husband made the boxes for me around 1978 and I have continuously added things since then!
